No support, no love, no response. Just daily teasing of new products that nobody can return.
37 days after my initial query, I’ve been querying repeatedly ever since and I’ve only gotten standard automated responses. It’s like they Onedayonly only has sales - Zero support.
I need to return an item for exchange. Something done so simple with its competitors but it’s an absolute disaster with onedayonly. When will you reply, when will you care?

03 Oct 2020, 06:13It took a while, but a week after this onedayonly got hold of me and said they were in contact with the suppliers. Within a few weeks I got my product picked up and a week later an entirely new and fully functional one was delivered. Still disappointed at how long it took but at least it was resolved.
