No support, new towel with hole in it

Damaged goods. Ordered a set of towels. Fronds all over and has a whole in one. Sent back and they say no support is given by supplier. Why should l pay R800 for a set of decent Simon Baker towels but be expected to accept a towel with a whole in it?
