No star for ONEDAYONLY

If you offered the 'no star' option I would definitely have opted for that. I ordered a wedding gift and was glad that I received the item before the occasion. But what a disappointment when the packaging looked like it had come out of someone's cupboard. The packaging was merely placed in a courier bag, it should have been boxed to avoid the packaging from being damaged!!! Retail stores do not sell items that look like this for a reason!!! I immediately contacted the customer care agent and sent through all images of the damaged box and the barcodes and the bag in which it was send as well as all the labels on the bag. Hlomla M was the agent and I explained that I was dissatisfied and that the wedding was on Saturday and he made no attempt to contact me via telephone in order to resolve the issue quicker. Emails back and forth and hours apart. I was then contacted by a Keegan J who asked what would be a suitable time for them to contact me. This was the day of the wedding at 11.52am!!! I responded via email, please also note that all the previous mails are all included, and was then sent a reply requesting the order number in order for them to assist me further. The agent who responded, HLOMLA!!! This could have been avoided had the item been boxed in the first place. Had Hlomla contacted me via telephone the issue could have also been resolved faster.
