No service when you have a return..

I have made several orders over the years, normally my only gripe is with delivery times but for the first time I have a return and the services is nonexistent. They advise that they will make contact with the supplier, I follow up weekly without a response, then a few weeks later they advise they have made contact with the supplier.. then some more waiting and still nothing. The product was not quality checked, it was very old stock (sets of plates) that was filled with dust and had deep scratches on (with even some broken parts). No response to get this refunded despite my attempts to get a response. I cannot recommend. Better to just order via Takealot or another platform and skip out on this entirely.
