No service at all, and NO communication

I have ordered 8 orders since the 30th March and till now I received one, and half of another. The lockdown has been lifted for a week now, and I have heard nothing and don't get any communication other than a set email to say we will get back to you. You cant get these people on a phone, no assistance DONT ORDER FROM THEM, your money goes to a deep pit
