my wife placed an order on 26th Nov still not received it order #301416

Good day, Trust this e-mail finds you well. Please may I have an urgent update on this order? I’ve ordered & paid on the 26th November 2020 & have still not received any feedback or a tracking number for my parcel. This is unacceptable service. If you work on a 10 working day turn-around time, then tomorrow will be the 10th working day – therefore I expect my parcel delivered to me tomorrow. Please revert back to me urgently.
