no returns facility

I bought a canvas swing. The quality was very poor and on the first day the stitches began to come apart! I reported it the next day, it's been 1 month and i have had to send +- 20 emails with no joy. They don't have any contact numbers so you can't complain! My advice is don't buy anything from them!!!
