No response to my return submission

My first two items purchased on OneDayOnly happened without any glitches besides the delay in recieving the order, it took more than 10 working days and you wait quite long for an update. The whole return process is just stupid! I have submitted a return over a week ago and recieved NO FEEDBACK YET!!! I didn't know their service was this bad when it came to returning items, if I knew this I would have never purchased on OneDayOnly!
