No response to emails

I returned a jacket to OneDayOnly in Jul20, and up to that point the customer service was gfast and efficient. But once they received the jacket which was meant to be refunded, I am still waiting 3 weeks later! I have sent a few emails requesting an update as to why the refund isn't reflecting in my bank account, but nobody responds?! I am not impressed. And I am a frequent buyer, but I am rethinking this now. Michelle from PE
