NO RESPONSE ONLY!!!!!!!!

On the 24 July 2020 I received order number ***. Not only was it missing part of the order but the product doesn’t function with Netflix. I immediately emailed One Day Only and I have received emails explaining that they will be delivering the undelivered item. I then responded several times explaining that the item is faulty and that I require a Full Refund. I am still waiting for a response from One Day Only. There is a time limit they have of five days after receiving the item to request a refund. They just don’t read the emails I send to them properly!!!!!
