No response from One day Only

I have been waiting for my order that was dispatched on 25 May, its now 5 June and the courier haven't delivered it via pargo. The past three days I have sent numerous emails to *** regarding my package, I have not received any response from them. Now I have tried sending an email on their website hoping to get feedback. The item I ordered was an infrared thermometer for the covid19 regulations for my business but now I wished I bought it from someone else!
