no respons

I got a faulty video camara from onedayonly on line. When I got the box from the courier service the box was damaged but when I opened the box the product was faulty and didn't work. I mailed onedayonly and got a replay f4om a chap by the name of Matthew he said that thy will contact the suppliers and get back to me, well a few days later I haven't heard anything from Matthew so I mailed him again he only replyed a day later saying that the supplyer will get back to me. Now I mail them and nothing happend. I payed R 750 for something thats not working and onedayonlys customers service sucks. Please help as I want to return this product ane get my money back.<br> I strongly recommend not to EVER USE ONEDAYONLY !!!
