No reply to complaints

<p>I bought an inanny camera which was promoted as one of the specials on onedayonly.co.za. I ordered it and 10 days later the two cameras and monitor arrived. I set them up and both cameras worked on my iPad however the monitor did not work. It would play audio but no picture. I proceeded to read through the manual and still could not get it to work. I informed onedayonly about this and they sent me a receipt that they have seen my complaint and will let me know in a few days as to what will be done. When I did not hear back from them in 2 days I sent another email. They then rep**** saying that they were speaking to the agents. I have since tried to email them asking them what is happening but in 1 week they have still not come back with a response. There is no way to phone them and they do not reply to my emails. I would not recommend buying something from them that may have to be replaced or can break.</p>
