NO REFUNDS FROM ONEDAYONLY

good day.

I bought items from onedayonly online using credit card and after I paid with the card later that evening I received an email from them saying that my order is unpaid and they were even threatening to cancel,because I didn't want to lose my order I paid again using an EFT but when I go to the bank the transaction went through I send several emails to onedayonly even send both EFT proof of payment as well as my credit card statement and till today my money is not refunded and I am being send from pillar to post between nedbank and onedayonly.i am very disappointed because today I send an email to onedayonly and now they decided not to respond to my mails and my money is still missing.
