No Refunds

<p>I purchased a voucher for a calendar but did not use it. Emailed the the supplier who said i must contact oneday only for a refund but if i am not going to use it he cannot assist me.</p> <p>i then emailed one day only and received an email reply to say i will be contacted within 72 hours due to it being weekend which it wasnt as it was a monday. After the 72 hours i emailed them and no reply, after 4 emails still no reply at all. Redicilous service, will sure not use them again.</p> <p>unsubscribed from their mailing list and was asked why, told them the reason why and still no feedback, makes you wonder if they care???</p>
