NO REFUND ON ORDER!

So there was an item that was out of stock when I had already paid for my order & was notified that my refund for the item(s) would reflect in my account within 3-5 business days - mind you that was on the Jun 7, 2020, 9:02:40 AM GMT+2 & still no refund has reflected on my account, I've sent 3 emails of which NONE were rep**** back to. At first the customer service was great, then all of a sudden there was NO customer service. It's a pity that I have to write a bad review because of this but since my emails have been completely ignored, I have no choice but to say that the customer service is absolutely ****.
