No refund no products
You were quick to take everyone’s money in a matter of seconds we paid for our order, they cancel our order without any warning a week later and no refund in sight. I can’t wait to just wash my hands with this useless company that does not even acknowledge their PAYING customers! Give my money so I can support a company that actually delivers on their promises! They don’t even respond to any emails!

02 Feb 2021, 23:37Still nothing not my refund not my products they just do not respond to my email and because it’s an online shop you as a customer have no where to go to complain. The bluntly ignore you and they go against their own policies as there was people who received their orders using the same voucher I did and even multiple orders. This is not on and I will be taking this further enough is enough!
