No Refund, No Pickup, No Accountability

I returned a package over a month ago, and One Day Only was supposed to arrange for it to be collected. The courier was sent to the wrong address, and since then, nothing has happened — no new collection arranged, no follow-up, and most importantly, no refund.

I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I’m now stuck with a returned package that no one is collecting, and I’m out of pocket with no sign of a refund.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a company that handles so many daily orders. Very disappointed and would not recommend One Day Only based on this experience.
