No refund for item returned

I logged a return for both items in my order # ***. The one was antique box holder that was damaged, that I’ve been refunded on, however the dress in that same order I sent back with the tissue box holder and I logged a return for it and I have had no refund yet! I would like my R299 refund please One Day Only!
