No refund after order can cancelled

I have not recieved my refund after numerous enails . I recieved one mail reuesting my bank details on 18 August . Since then i have not heard another word . I have tried to phone th e number on Facebook but th ere is no answer. I have subsequently heard that this company does not have a very good reputation .
