No parcel received

Hi, <br> I purchase a deal with supplier and received SMS to collect parcel at Caltex Villeria. I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected at Caltex in Michael Brinks st in Pretoria.<br> I went there 2x times and was informed that they are not online with the Pargo system yet and are awaiting their cellphone to process transactions. According to the manager they swapped their cellphone with Caltex in Edenvale and they are still trying to resolve this mix up.<br> <br> Needless to say I have not received my parcel and I am incurring additional expenses driving up and down<br> I followed up Callen and get only satisfaction mails to rate service, How can I rate a service if I am still waiting for parcel?<br> <br> Poor customer service and follow up, please resolve, I want my parcel
