NO ITEM NO RESPONSE

Pathetic service. I never received an item from my order. Yet other items were received.

I sent an email and they said it just arrived at my pargo pick up point and that I will receive a code. Up to today (10 days later) no code no item and several emails later with no response at all!!

Very disappointed considering I am a loyal customer to this business!
