NO Feedback, Nothing

I am trying to call ********** to follow up on my order or at least just find out where it is as I need it by Friday which is the 9th day after my order. (you deliver between 5-10 days as per your website), after reading these comments on Hellopeter I am expected not to get it within 10 days, Just want some clarity but when I call ********** the phone rings for 1 minute and then hangs up, What type of company are you running, Service should your first priority, wont use this service again, no matter what the discounts are like.
