No Feedback, E-mail lockdown!!

I have been a loyal supporter of OnedayOnly for some time now. Lately the wheels have fallen off and it appears as if they have made a conscious decision not to reply to mails or escalations around outstanding orders. I have an order outstanding that was placed at the beginning of June and another that was delivered short of items. My requests for assistance and feedback remain unanswered to this very day!! Whomever the genius was that decided to ignore client queries needs to be fired!!
