No Delivery - Stock Issue with Order

Placed an order on 1st October 2021, made payment and my order was “confirmed” as payment was received and order status was “Processed”. On 6th October 2021 my order was already in the “packing” stage and I requested that the delivery be changed to my home address instead of business because of strike action in the areas. Friday, 8th October 2021 my order status shows “Delivered” although I have not received anything… Then at 16h07 on the afternoon of 8th October 2021, I received an email, there is a stock issue… This is most disappointing and unacceptable. How after everything has been processed, packed and ready for delivery by the courier, is there now a stock issue??? Still waiting for an answer...
