No Delivery of Furnisher item that costs thousands

They have not delivered by order of more than R7000 since 10 September. I contacted them and all they can say is I must check my status on their website which shows nothing about the status of my order except that it was placed. This is pathetic! I called the supplier they say they don't know what's going on. The PA of the Owner was disrespectful and rude and could not tell me where my order is. Cancel this order now and give me my money back. I will never buy from you again and I will spread the word on Social Media.
