NO DELIVERY NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

I placed an order on the 31st of March, it is now the 30th of April and I have not received my delivery. I was told that you are inquiring with the courier company five days ago and have not returned to update me. You have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. I WANT MY DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!
