No delivery for 2 weeks

This honestly the worst experience I have ever had with one day only. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my package if it’s not one excuse it’s another. Me calling and sending emails almost everyday is honestly taxing on my time, energy and money. They don’t care to fix a situation but you need to call everyday in order for them to give you some sort of help which never helps anyway. It’s reflects so badly on this company as I have purchased something for someone. I need to keep giving excuses. You chase people away even before they are even customers.
