No delivery after more than a month

After numerous reports of non delivery and extremely vague explanations the online shopping website OneDayOnly after more than a month send an email with proof of delivery. The delivery slip was signed by someone by the name of Heine, although my name is not closely related. No attempt to phone and ensure correct delivery was made by the courier and up till now, I would have at least expected a call from OneDayOnly to maybe apologize for the delay and / or enquire about the order, especially because it was and still is outstanding since 1st of February 2015. I have send numerous emails to Nik Vetsos from OneDayOne and his responses to say the least was clear as mud! I will personally not recommend the website to any of my friends and the experience has left me without my Luma Franc pot set that I have ordered and without more than R1300 taken from my card.
