NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Bought an item on 11/14/16 at 8:23:11 AM. Delivery took a reasonable time and the boxing was in good condition. After giving the item as a Christmas gift, we found that the item was faulty. I requested a new item and returning the faulty item on 03/01/2017. Only received any feedback on 07/01/2017 stating that their offices only open 10/01/2017. I followed up on 10/01/2017 and 12/01/2017...NO FEEDBACK since. And it is an online store! Pathetic!</p>
