No customer service

<p>Ordered on the 9th December nothing received yet. Have received an automated email once a week saying that they are busy with the order and when you try to get any response via email again only an automated one. Friends have already received their order of the same item. Just want some sort of communication so that I know that order on its way or a refund!</p>
