No customer service
I placed two orders a day apart. Sent them an email to please send both orders together. No response. The first order arrived by itself. When second order arrive one item was missing and the the other item was not what I ordered. Also no invoice or paperwork in the box. Emailed them 3 times with no response. Phoned them no answer. This was my tenth order from them and it will be my last. Only order from them if the save is worth the bad service and you willing to get ripped off.

16 Jul 2019, 12:51I need to change my opinion about One Day Only customer service. After my review they came back to me and like in so many problems communication was the let down. The team worked hard to make me happy and to give me what I ordered. Thanks to Christina and the team.
