No Customer Care or Relationship Management

Half of my order has been delivered, but the other half remains not shipped without any communication from OneDayOnly explaining the delay. Will I still get what I paid for? Will they just not communicate and keep my money without delivering the remaining item? No customer service number to call, no email address for enquiries. Are they hoping I just forget about the item I paid for?
