I need to log a return and I cannot upload a picture of the item, the icon that allows you to go to your gallery is grey and doesnt work. I have tried to query on their chatbox via whats ap and all they do is take you to their returns page where it explains how to log a return. I just cannot get help with completing my return request and I only have one day left to return the item. Its unacceptable that there are no contact numbers available or even a query email address???? Please help me urgently - ***
