NO communication for 3 days now

<p>i purchased golkf shoes advertised on their site as Uk10.5 and when i received them they were 9.5. I contacted them immediately and they responded that i would need to send proof... Like i would have to lie about my shoe size.</p> <p>I sent the proof the following day or the same day.</p> <p> </p> <p>That was Thursday last week.</p> <p>It is now Tuesday of the next week and i am yet to get ANY response. I followed up twice now and STILL no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely dissapointed as i support them almost weekly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very poor indeed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked for my reefund and the process to return the shoes yesterday... STILL no repsonse.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this is now my next resort.</p>
