No communication and missing parcel

I received only one out of two parcels from my order on the 9th of December 2022 (they were shipped together). On the 12 of December I sent a query containing all the information I had regarding the missing parcel, to which I received a generic response asking for the information I had just provided. Since then, I have sent multiple follow ups and have heard absolutely no response. Even though the automated response says that my query will be attended to 'within a day'. Many of my follow up emails were merely asking for confirmation that someone was looking into the issue of my missing parcel.

I have given the benefit of the doubt for nearly a month now, but the lack of communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional - especially considering the context of the automated responses.

The parcel I am still waiting for is actually a Christmas present.

I am placing a review here because I am hoping to grab OneDayOnly's attention so that my missing parcel can be attended to.
