No communication after numerous email about unwanted product

<p>I bought bluethooth headphones, tested the headphones and they do not perform as advertised, the distance they pick up the signal is not as advertised and the you cannot forward or pause the music.</p> <p>I wrote 4 emails to Onedayonly. I get an outomared reply that they received the mails and will get back to me within a few hours. but there it stops. This has been going on for 4 days. I want to return the product and I want my money back! </p>
