No after sales/customer service support after their mistake

I ordered two items, Onedayonly then shipped me some random item! This is ok, as I understand mistakes do happen, but when notifying them they simply don't get back to me with a resolution (It has been three days).

This should be simple, send me the correct stuff and collect the incorrectly delivered items!
