No after sale service

I bought a laptop, hardly used as it was for my studies. Tried starting the laptop up and to my sadness the charger was simply not working. <br> <br> I emailed on the 25 Aug requesting info on the process to get this fixed or get the suppliers details so that to send it away for repairs. All I got was an auto response saying \Your request (#89702) has been received
