Nightmare order from One Day Only

WORST ONLINE STORE EVER. One star rating is much too good for ODO. Its the second time around that I have had problems with ODO. This was absolutely the last time. Will rather buy items at Takealot. And all those customers who have positive feedback, just wait. Your positive experience is a once off. Purchased 4 items online. Received only one. The rest of the delivery has gone missing. I have now resorted to the Consumer Council Ombudsman to try and sort it out for me. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS ONLINE STORE. It does not surprise me that there are so many negative complaints about the site. It also does not surprise me that the company never gives any online feedback on Hello Peter. They obviously only take your money and don't care about the rest. When your order goes missing, they blame the shipping company and you sit with the mess. Extremely unreliable. Extremely poor service.
