Never get any feedback on how they 're going to replace an incorrect product sent to me

This online site is definitely behaving like a ****. They delivered the wrong product and when you rich out to them they just ignore you. I've sent them many emails re replacing the incorrect product or refund my money but they never get back to you. I should have known better to not order from a site that does not have telephone contact numbers as that way they can ignore you forever. Stay away from this site if you don't wanna loose your money.
