Never again

<p>I cancelled my account a year or so again because of bad quality and horrible service. I tried you again because you had some stuff my wife really liked, so I got it for Christmas. The items were shoved so tightly in the box that everything was damaged. Never again. No point in organizing a return as it will never get here for Christmas.</p>
