MY SHIPMENT IS MISSING

I ordered a power from one day and I pay. I acknowledge that I had registered the incorrect address I then emailed on the same day the correct delivery address. On Monday I get an sms from UTI saying they delivered the package, I asked the person who I expected to receive the package if they got it and they said no. I then proceeded to email ONE DAY ONLY they say that my package was received by L DLAMINI but I didn't receive the package nor did the person I had asked to receive the package would have signed their own name not mine. I would like to either get a refund or another delivery as I have gone to every house on my street to ask if they have received my package and I have gotten a no. Something must be done as I have spent money. This is really disappointing.
