Money taken, no order, no communication!

If I could rate a 0 or even in the negative I would gladly do so. I'm still waiting for my order that I had placed a month ago, of which has not been delivered. I suppose I will wait another month for my refund since these ****** are so *********** and useless. There is no way you are that lucky to actually speak to a HUMAN on the phone because all they have is an email address, at which my emails probably go straight to spam, their useless whatsapp contact and that's about it. I am totally appalled by their lack of service level and consideration for other people's hard earn money. I will never ever order from them again neither will I recommend anyone.
