Missing items from my Dec order still unresolved

Very disappointed with my experience with Onedayonly. I ordered a number of products in December which was split into two separate deliveries. One with two items, another with 7. I received the first order with only one item, I immediately contacted the currier who told me to take it up with Onedayonly, and Onedayonly told me to take it up with the currier. Until now it is unresolved, as I’m stuck in a loop between Onedayonly and the currier company.
