Miserable communication

After waiting a considerable length of time, I reached out to one-day only about an item of mine. Only then did I get correspondence from them saying that the supplier is out of stock of the colour that I wanted, would I be okay with accepting a different colour. I I agreed and this was about two weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails to which I only get the standard response. On the orders tab it says my order is to be partially shipped. I understand that this delay may be on the supply-side however it is one day only who is responsible for the admin thereof. Very unimpressed
