Middle Man - onedayonly + there couriers

If I could rate onedayonly it will be a ZERO STAR but sadly your web does not allow me to rate out ZERO. I have placed orders with onedayonly for the 1st time and the service is much to be desired for. NO 1: When you place a order they say it takes 5-10 working days for delivery - BTW NOT TRUE. NO 2: When you email them (as no one will call you), the response you get is this of what you already know - they already have your money so now they blame the couriers for taking their time for your delivery ?? SINCE WHEN??? They should take full responsibility and get hold of the couriers and get deliveries sorted and provide proper feedback in detail. I've had 3 days since delivery was to be made and each of those days I contacted onedayonly - no one knows what they are doing and send me emails saying the delivery is on its way - Im still waiting its day no 4. NO 3: Then you receive a glimps of hope - someone mailed me to say they will investigate the situation - WOW, I was yet again surprised, same response as the previous 4 different people I have been dealing with - in total 5 different agents. What chaos. People should know that onedayonly is the middle man who takes the orders for you, you purchase online and then another supplier are being used as the courier - which is useless I must add. There is a step by step illustration of your order which shows you where and when delivery are being made - THIS IS NOT TRUE. You plan your day around these guys and ALL YOU GET is EMPTY PROMISES. I think me being a first time customer this is the pits. I will NEVER use onedayonly again. I have 3 orders outstanding - I hate to see when they truly arrive - Im NOT HOLDING MY BREATH
