Making your mistake my problem

I placed an order on 1 Nov and same day realised I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. I immediately logged a ticket to ask them to cancel the order. I receive a confirmation email that the order was cancelled and a refund processed. Strangely enough, the next day I get an email to say my order has been shipped. When I queried that, I was told they looked at the wrong order and mine was not cancelled. I now have to wait for delivery, sent a photo of the order, they will then collect and refund. So basically I have to wait almost two weeks for my money (WHICH I NEED) to be refunded due to an issue on your side. Will never order from you again. Takealot is way easier to deal with.
