Lost Parcels, Missing Refund and No Communication

I ordered 2 cases of beer and 3 bottles of gin on the 26/05/2020 and have still not received them. I received an email saying the beers were off and I would receive a refund(which I still haven’t) and the gin had been dispatched. I used the tracking number to find out the gin had been lost and neither the courier company or OneDayOnly were aware! The courier company, FastandFurious is just as useless and said they would request a resend from OneDayOnly. Needless to say, I’ve had no communication from either company regarding my order or refund. Would recommend that you avoid these companies at all costs, they’re not worth the trouble.
