Long wait for the wrong delivery.

Long wait for the wrong delivery. I order two pairs of earphones , one black and one grey. When they where delivered they were both black. I emailed them, such a weird a respond almost like its my fault. Two weeks later they pick up the wrong item , and they didnt send a replacement. Still no idea on when they will send the right item.
